"everything is old, filth on phone cradle, rang front desk over 20 rings, went downstairs and they said it wasn't connecting, door would not lock when leaving room, they "fixed" it but now it would not securely shut and deadbolt from inside did not engage. Bathroom had it's own deteriorating issues (wall boards near tub)"

"Wanted room on main or right off elevator for health issues. Didn’t happen. Requested ahead of time when making reservation. No ice bucket or adequate toilet paper in room. No hot water, so pool and hot tub also ice cold . Couldn't shower. On check out asked about compensation. That was a no and smart ass clerk said I could gone swimming. I reiterated it was ice cold and not safe and should of had closed sign on it till heated properly again. No towels in exercise room or pool area."

"Clean room, great staff, easiest check in I've ever had. Great place to stop for over night when you are on a road trip. Comfy bed and pillows( a must for my husband). "

"We arrived at night (9:30 pm-ish), driving in past a closed motel and —in front of Executive Inn— a closed restaurant. There were little to no lights on in lobby, but fortunately a woman came to the desk and got us a key. We were pleased that the room was clean and pleasant, bathroom too. Newly painted it seemed. TV and bathroom worked, beds comfy. This motel is near highway, but with fan of a/c unit on, it did not keep me awake (whew). So if you need a place just to sleep for the night, moving on to eat breakfast elsewhere, this was a slightly creepy but good deal. I suspect it’s a family owned business— not a corporate cookie cutter. "
