"We stayed here a second time only because it’s close to the airport, but unfortunately had the same issues again. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the staff were not helpful, so we didn’t bother reporting it this time.
During our previous stay, we were moved rooms due to AC issues, but were then woken early by loud music, and nothing was properly resolved.
We also found one of the night staff members quite rude and unhelpful. We received conflicting information about airport transfer, and he refused to assist, even interrupting another staff member who was trying to help.
Overall, very disappointing. As paying guests, we expect a comfortable stay, especially after a long journey."

"Don’t stay here unless you have to be 10 minutes from the airport. The place is in disrepair. Among many other things, pieces of carpet cover the broken hall floor tiles. Everything is in need of refurbishment. Front desk staff look like they would rather be anywhere else. "
"Susantha the butler was so helpful. The rest if the staff were friendly and helpful as well. Check in was quick and efficient. The only thing I would say is that they could not accommodate the early check in . So we had to make our self's busy for 6 hours before arving at the hotel . So very tired after our flight from the Uk"
"Had a 3am check in and they ensured that someone was there to let us in.
It was difficult to find the entrance, but after calling them, someone came down to help.
We just stayed here for a nights sleep before going on our travel round sri lanka and it served our purpose.
Good location, friendly staff, can't complain!"
