Restaurant wasn’t opened, and would serve any vegetarian options due to short staff. Other than that great stay and front desk staff was amazing!

Staff was over the top! Very friendly everyone always greeted you. Room great! The Keep bar was cool. Breakfast was good. Server little slow but other than it would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a cozy, quiet, perfect place to stay for a unique Columbus experience. The restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic and my morning jog through the neighborhood was delightful. The staff and valet attendants were courteous and helpful!! Highly recommend.

Nice hotel overall, very modern decor, very friendly staff.

I would really like free parking next time. It doesn’t make much sense that the hotel guests still need to pay to park.

I made a last minute reservation for Christmas Eve. The place was very quiet, front desk check-in was smooth. The room was really nice - I wish I'd known about the kitchen facilities available during previous stays in the area. The breakfast was better than others I've had at surrounding properties.

Can’t beat the Drury! You can try but you’ll end up returning and with good reason. Whatever you need it’s here and much more.

The room was comfortable and clean and very nice, but the best part was how kind and helpful the staff was, especially Jack P at the front desk. We stayed 2 nights this past week that weren't consecutive, and Jack was understanding and even helped me bring everything up front when i was waiting for my husband. I don't walk well, and he was a huge help.

Not sure what you're looking for when all you need is a place to stay for a night or two, but for me it's pretty simple: friendly, professional staff, a clean, comfortable room, and no hassles. That's exactly what I got here and will stay here again - all for a very reasonable price. The only unexpected "issue" was the breakfast bar having a charge and not free.

Incredibly well run hotel. Friendly staff, great amenities, well cleaned, comfortable beds and peaceful both in room and in common spaces. Best hotel I've ever stayed in this price range. Will return on future visits.

Front desk person was amazingly helpful. Place was VERY clean.

Stayed overnight at Holiday Inn. While I did not use it, they offered to pay for the cab as their shuttle driver had a day off. Room was excellent and the breakfast was pretty good.

Best pillows I’ve ever slept on. Need prices on the menu. The food was good. I got a stomach ache as soon as I saw the bill.$50 for a soda and burger is crazy!
