Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Also the sleek, elegant Art Deco door handles (that are beautiful but not so easily grasped).

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit
Excellent staff. The room we had reserved was smaller than expected and they put us into a larger room at the same price. Hotel is in a very good location whether by walking or Uber. Expedia needs to make known there are no 110V cutlets, USB or USB-C ports and an adapter or transformer is needed which the hotel cannot provide (was able to pick one up at the Amorim Mall about 1km away). Very good amenities in the room. Very good experience.
