"Booking was for room only which was fine. Self check in worked well and I was allowed to arrive early which gave me time to explore the area. I walked from the ferry terminal which was only 15 minutes away. There is sufficient car parking at the hotel. Very quiet and pleasant room. Very comfy bed and everything very clean. Local pub good for food in evening. Interesting watching many massive lorries sounding their horns when going past the outside diners! "

The Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We will come again for a longer stay. Just beautiful"

"The accommodation was fantastic - we stayed in the two bed apartment. Loved the decor and the very soft carpet which really added a special touch. The views are amazing looking out onto fields of sheep. It's extremely quiet, being the apartment at the back end of the accommodations.
A large smart TV in each of the rooms - this gives the option of relaxing and logging into to all your apps.

Lovely room 1 Pen-y-gent the walk in shower i wish i could take home. Plenty of tea coffee in room and toiletries.
Had steak and ale pie with veg and chips. Big chunks of tender meat in luscious gravy, chips were home made and not the usual frozen ones! Meal was excellent.
Lovely fire in bar which was really welcoming on such a bad day

"My new favourite Morecambe hotel. Stayed here twice now, should have tried it earlier. This is an older hotel, not slick and modern, so quirky, and the facilities are more basic, and may not suit you if you prefer modernity (try the Midland, and then pay for it!). More space in the rooms than many other hotels close by. Friendly staff, nice bar, a little quiet, which is fine by me, as there's a busy bar downstairs in the basement. Decent breakfast at a reasonable price"

"Lovely house very friendly owners. I was told everything I needed to know, on arrival. I was in a back bedroom and had no problem with traffic. Single room is nice size with nice bathroom.
The price I was charged was good value. If I have to stay at Lancaster again this will be my first choice. Big thank you to the owners. "
