Beautiful hotel, the value for the price is remarkable. A bit far from town centre that requires about a half hour walk without a car. Staff are all excellent, and both the breakfast and dinner are great. Overall, incredible experience!
The Hotel is a really nice place with a nautical motif. It's right at the marina in Novigrad, and within walking distance to a few nice restaurants. The staff is super friendly, and the parking is outside, but secure. Breakfast is a small buffet, but they offer ala carte items as well. Overall, the place to stay in Novigrad.
It's not obvious from the pics but the location is not on the beach but is a very easy walk to the beach and town (like five minutes). I was there to see how the lesser towns in Istria celebrate Advent which is a big deal in this region. Small town, big party!

Villa Borgo B&B was an ideal location to stay while visiting the area. It is located at the top of Motuvan and the drive up the mountain was really neat. You park your car in the parking lot and walk up to the Bed and Breakfast. You can call the front desk and they will pick you up. Accommodations are simple but has everything you need. The breakfast the next morning was delicious.

I've been going to Porec for 5 years now, primarily in the summer months. The Parentium is far and away the nicest resort in the area and usually the most expensive. Hotel San Rocco was amazing. A quiet oasis on a hill. Our vacation had been somewhat hectic, and we were hoping for a relaxing break. We could not have been happier. The pool and sauna were perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, they even drove us to an offsite restaurant one night for dinner!
