"Small room on the “0” floor, with a nice patio that was tucked into one corner of the complex, but you could access the walkway up to the bar/pool/restaurant area. We arrived several hours before check in and our was not yet available. We walked around the neighborhood, relaxed in the lobby & then out by the small pool. Staff was very nice and friendly and very accommodating. Check out at 4:20 am was quick (we had a taxi scheduled to take us the airport to catch an early morning flight to Valencia (via Lisbon). Local restaurants were great, but they serve such large portions that we were uncomfortable wasting food (a first world problem)."
"The staff was wonderful especially Vikor who was outstanding. He helped us with booking our flights because we had internet problems with our phones etc. He was so helpful.
Breakfast was very good but be careful if you want to order for omelettes which is 6 euros more. A minor problem with the water drainage in the bathtub.
The location of the hotel was good near to cafes and shopping.

"Wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff really made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable throughout. They always greeted me with a hello and added small, thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. Big thanks to Alexandre at the front desk and Eduardo in the restaurant.
Breakfast had a great variety, and the location was perfect for exploring Porto. I will definitely stay here again."
