Wonderful all around. Everything was exceptional including the well landscaped property that blends in well with the natural beauty, the extremely comfortable bed and relaxing design of the room, the attentive and friendly staff, and the delicious, fresh food. Cocktails were also fantastic, the bar area is so chill and cute. Location is perfect for exploring Southern Puglian beaches. Highly recommend and we hope to be back in the future!

Boutique hotel in the heart of Gallipoli. Walkable to many restaurants and bars along with the beach. The property is very small with only a few rooms and a main salon where breakfast is served. One issue is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and was not in service during the month of May. This meant that we had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the street. Ear plugs are provided but knowing that the units are not individually controlled would be good to know for...

The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift.
