"Only 1 entrance to get onto the property with long line backed on to the street from a security check in.had to wait 15 minutes before we made it to said checkpoint. Was honestly annoying and very unnecessary Check in was at normal time 4pm but they make you check out early at 10am. Waited in like to check in for at least 30 minutes.
Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly until it was time to sell you on their timeshare.
Stay was to celebrate a birthday family couldn't even come onto the property to drop off gifts and wish our 6 year old a happy birthday. 5t
Mattress and pillows were hard as rock, sheets were super itchy and had stains. Room stayed consistently hot even though it was set to 64°"
"I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. It had full size appliances plus a washer and dryer in the room! The bathroom was spacious and the extra sink adjoining the bedroom was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
The location was close to the strip, airport, and Allegiant Stadium."
"This is my second time staying at Tahiti village , although this time I requested the room to have access for my mom , she uses a walker, the room had a standing shower with a little wooden bench for my mom to sit and shower, that was very helpful, my mom loves the jacuzzi and the lazy river.
We ate Dinner at 17 south restaurant it was very good, we got nachos and a hamburger, we also ate breakfast at Dennis , we had a great experience, I can’t wait to stay again en have a relaxing vacation, we didn’t have much time but next time I’m planning on getting a massage at the mahana spa . I had it done before and it help your body to relax."
"Terrible check in process. Wouldn’t stay again. We waited over 30 minutes at the desk for them to “find an available room”. The guy checking us in said his name was James but his name tag didn’t match. We kept asking him to confirm that we had the family 2 bedroom suite, and each time he just laughed and said “I got you guys”. After waiting, we finally went to our room and to our surprise, the housekeeping staff were still in there cleaning even though it was way after the check in time. So, we ended up waiting ANOTHER 30-40 minutes. Later that night, we went out to the city and came back around 11pm. When we tried getting back in the room, our keys were not working. We tried working this out with the hotel and it took nearly 2 HOURS of walking to the lobby and back to our room, trying again and again. We only got inside our room at 1am. This whole experience completely messed up our vacation activities we had planned, as we were only there for 2 nights. There was only one lady who tried to help us and even then she wasn’t very efficient. DO NOT STAY!"
