"Fabulous hotel easy walking distance from the port and the lovely centre of Skala. The room was excellent with a good size balcony surrounded by the beautiful bougainvillea plant. The swimming pool was a good size and well maintained. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and the food was delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly they provided flexible check in and check out if rooms were available. I would definitely recommend and will always be choosing this hotel when I return to Patmos."

"Staff is very friendly, rooms and property are very clean. Great value. Very cozy property. AC worked great. Wonderful view of the water from our balcony. Only thing I thought could use some upgrading is the shower curtain."

"First things first, Nikolas and his family are the kindest most helpful people you will ever meet. From picking us up at the port, to providing us with fresh fruit, eggs, cake, biscuits and lifts in his car to the monastery, the cave and the beach literally every day, nothing is too much trouble for them and you don’t even need to ask - this is all offered with kindness. We had an upstairs room with a spacious balcony, a comfy bed, and a separate kitchen/dining area which was kept spotlessly clean. It’s traditionally Greek - not very modern but perfectly adequate. We had a lovely view across the fields to the marina and there are chickens and goats in the field. The property is a good 20 minutes walk into the main port where all the shops and bars and restaurants are, but it’s a flat and easy walk. Would definitely return and recommend."

"Contacted Irene the night before to arrange check-in for the following day, she responded immediately and said she would come pick us up from the ferry...very nice gesture, very thoughtful and much appreciated. Took us to the room which was spotlessly clean and made us feel at home. Irene is a very warm, friendly and sincere person...we felt at home. The room was large, well ventilated and very functional with a small kitchen and inside and outside eating space. Close to beaches, a supermarket and a short walk to the ferry. Patmos was also within walking distance. Only negative is that the mattress could be a little more comfortable. Otherwise, an excellent option. Many thanks."

"Such an amazing place!! Everything was spotless, the bed super comfortable and amenities galore. They go above and beyond taking care of you. Great communication with the host. A view of St John’s cathedral. 5 minute walk to the ferry."
