"The property is quite old. For its age it is pretty well maintained, but because of its age, when things awry like when toilets get clogged or things stop working, you really need to stay on top of it. I only stayed for 2 nights and it didn’t take much to clog the toilet before checking out and no plunger to be found. In fact according to housekeeping there are no plungers to be found and they have to contact a manager. Bring a plunger with you if plan to stay here in addition to toilet paper because they’ll only give you one roll. Also bring your own soaps and conditioners because I wouldn’t trust that they’ll keep them supplied either. All these rooms have balconies, but the one pictured on Expedia showed chairs and nice table with bared rails to see the surroundings including the “partial ocean view” while sitting. What I actually received was a balcony on the first floor with a rounded solid concrete wall for the railing and for some reason was getting water dripped on me from the above balcony that was pictured on Expedia. I will say that having that full efficiency kitchen was great. The stove, oven, fridge, and freezer worked great. Even though they are older, older appliances were made to last. If you plan to make full use of this kitchen for serious cooking and save money, plan to bring more kitchen supplies with you like a kitchen sponge, more soap, multi surface cleaner paper towels, baking sheets, strainer, wine/beer bottle opener, measuring cups and spoon, plan.."
