"Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night. "

"This is not a hostel. It is a hotel and a very good one. The staff were very polite and attentive. The bed is a bit lower than expected but nothing to write home about. Manageable. "We stayed two nights in a family room and were very happy with this hotel. The room and hotel were very clean and it was well kept. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was on the more expensive side - although the children ate free and the breakfast choices were very good and the food was nice. Location of hotel was good, just a one minute walk to the tram and then only ten mins to the centre. Great place to base yourself to explore the city."

Only complaints: Blinds were broken and hard to operate, and the shower was at weird angle, making it nearly impossible to use as a person over 6 ft."
