I came to visit Puerto Escondido a few days after a hurricane impacted the area.
The airline refused to offer me a refund or credit. So I went through with my original travel plans.
It was a very quiet hotel. I was probably the only guest there one or two days.
The room was nice. Easy to use a/c unit in the room. Ceiling fan in the room also. Small mini fridge in the room.
The water in the shower is a little cool which is perfect for when you come back from the beach and need to cool down....
Hotel was beautiful quiet and very exclusive, only thing was very slippery coming out of the shower. My husband slipped and almost hit his head on the edge of the tiled floor.
Soooo cool. I love this place. Amazing staff and all the guests. Calendar is so funny and good vibes everywhere. Melissa from texas is usefull and could get a simple photo... im so ashamed of her.
I keep coming back to this hotel, while it feels a little outdated, the service, location and friendly staff makes me want to come back as often as I can. Food is great, and the beach club is just fantastic.
Muy amables los del personal, con clima y televisión, lo mejor de todo es que el acceso a la alberca es super facil y conecta con las habitaciones, el estacionamiento es chico, pero igual no todos dejan sus autos, la limpieza 10/10, el tamaño de la alberca para niños es de buena produndidad para los peques aunque la de adultos tampoco es muy profunda para los niños
A very beautiful hotel for the price, close to both the beach and the town. Wonderful terrace and pool. There is even a vegetarian cafe in the lobby that serves excellent hot cakes, tortas and coffee.
I saw some mixed reviews about this hotel so I wasn’t sure what to expect- everything blew me away! Staff was so kind and helpful, views were incredible, access to playa coral (going in the morning you’ll practically have it all to yourself), you can walk from playa coral across the rocks to do the turtle release, you can walk to all the restaurants in Ricandola, and easily walk to playa carizillio for surf lessons. Also far enough away from things to be so quiet and so peaceful! Also has a pool...
