Golden Sun Hotel Patmos

"Golden Sun is great!! The people are so friendly, welcoming and helpful! It was a great base to our week long stay in Patmos and we really enjoyed it! The only thing I’d say is that it functions more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The breakfast was incredible though and the views were to die for! Was so sad to leave! We also got daily turn down service which was really nice! We often spent the day out and brought leftovers back to the hotel and they don’t have a restaurant and a very minimal room service menu. If there could be a microwave added for guests to use in the afternoon and evenings that would be great!!! But overall a really nice and pleasant stay! You won’t be sorry you booked!!"

"This is quite simply paradise on earth. An idyllic location overlooking the main town. We had a 1 bedroom villa with 2 four poster beds and 2 bathrooms. The terrace was in full sun most of the day and the sun loungers were so very soft and comfortable. We ate at the onsite restaurant twice during our stay. The food was delicious. This family run luxury escape is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and we cannot wait to return."

"Wow. Everything was genuinely absolutely perfect. The hotel is small, quiet, and peaceful. Every single detail is taken care of. Petra, Dora and the team are all so kind and accommodating. I hesitate to leave this review because I don’t want to lose out on a reservation next year when they get fully booked. The breakfast is absolutely lush! We also had drinks by the pool and dinner in the little restaurant. Everything was delicious; flavorful ingredients, nice organic wines, and great portions. My husband and I had a dream of a holiday. "
