This is a new, modern hotel with comfortable, clean rooms with well-equipped kitchenette and spacious bathrooms. This is a great hotel to stay especially if you travel with four-legged fellows as they don't charge extra for bringing your pet. The stay at Hotel Haaga was very good. Sauna, Gym and swimming pool with daily full breakfast add to the stay very enjoyable. The automatic full body massager helped with the massage services we needed. We observed people bringing their teenage daughter to Men's sauna which didn't look appropriate. We were a family of 4 and we stayed in Hotel Haaga from May 28th through June 2nd and then from June 4th through 9th. Overall experience was Excellent.
We stayed at Hotel AX July 23 2026 and checked out on July 29th! I thought from the moment this American checked in until the time we checked out the hotel staff was unbelievably helpful and kind! The room was so incredibly clean! The breakfast was top notch! It was nothing like we serve as a breakfast in the US! The only warning i will give is, if you're accustomed to AC or a cold hotel room, bring a fan (we're from Arizona so we need AC :)~ ). The front desk ladies found a fan for us and sleep...
Despite being built practically on top of the rail tracks in one of the busiest spots in the city, the hotel is amazingly quiet. Great sound insulation, windows and doors.
Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.
Very nice hotel! We enjoyed our short stay at NH Grand Hansa in Helsinki! It is a very good location in Helsinki, walking distance to Aleksanterinkatu, the Central Train station, and Esplanadi.

Loved the hotel and staff. It is undergoing some renovation but it is still very clean and functional. Also having your own private sauna in the room was awesome!
