"Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."

"Very comfortable hotel, all of the staff were very welcoming. Room was a nice size, I had a balcony which was a nice plus. Bed was super cozy, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was nice, had dinner one night and it was good. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute walk to the cable car. Plenty of hiking from Murren but also access to plenty of options in the valley. "

"An absolute Gem. Very easy to get to from Lauterbrunnen. Just take the train right up to Wengen 6min and 2 min walk to the Maya. The views from this boutique hotel are indescribable. We had initially reserved in Mürren then switched and glad we did.. Much quieter and prefer the views. The cable car to Mannlichen is a 5 min walk through the ski village and amazing hikes at the top with even more breathtaking views. The restaurant had great food, can't go wrong here. "

"Third generation family run property with very friendly innkeepers. Offered a solid breakfast with everything you could want but no eggs or breakfast meat. I didn’t miss them. Interior is cozy and charming. My balcony had such an amazing view of Witterhorn Mountain, I didn’t want to leave my room! Location is perfect, away from the touristy center of town but still walkable to everything. Can’t recommend the place enough."

Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"

"Location is great to get around Interlaken and explore either the city itself or grab a train to the surrounding areas. Breakfast was standard spread but also freshly made items on request. Everything was delicious. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, we had iffy weather and they had pamphlets on rainy/cloudy day options which we took advantage of. No issues during our stay since it was chilly but people did mention lack of AC in the summer being a problem - that said, we had many windows and...
