"Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time. Actually i booked two comfort double room and they gave me 1 single room and 1 “triple room” and charge me 5 euros more per day ( it was 20 euros per day and they increase the price by 20% on the spot, and can’t even argue with them else they cancel the booking).
