"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"Rooms were cleaned spotless one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed. Aurora was very helpful. Reception staff are very helpful. Please note parking is not always guaranteed at the property but there is free parking across the road and it is very well connected with the tram line."

"It is a beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful views of the coastline. Immaculate, modern and efficient with polite and accomodating staff. The location is convenient to the harbor of Pireaus and not far from Athens. It is also very walkable to great taverns by the sea and small ports such as Microlimano and Pasalimani. Highly recommend."

Attached to a bar/cafe/restaurant and adjacent to other eateries as well as shops including a great self service laundromat all within close walking distance. Clean and quiet, have stayed here on many occasions on trips to Pireaus."
