"Hotel was very central for restaurants, pubs and shops in Woodbridge. Ten minute drive to Sutton Hoo and 30 min drive to RSPB Minsmere. Our room (3) was very spacious and nicely designed with a kingsize double bed. All staff were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Ufford Park. We had two lovely evening meals in the restaurant and the self service breakfasts were good too. Our double room was warm and comfortable. Of course Ufford Park is primarily a golfing resort but we used it as our base to visit Sutton Hoo and Aldeburgh, and we spent a day shopping in Ipwich (not recommended) and Colchester (excellent). "

"Situated just off the main road (A1120), this proved to be a homely and relaxing place to stay, within easy reach of the Suffolk coast around Dunwich. Clearly signposted, with ample car parking, a wholesome farmhouse breakfast and a lovely quiet garden, this was a real home from home. I took the single room in the old stable. This was neat, clean and cosy and had its own en suite with a powerful hot shower. Well recommended!"

"Excellent location for Ipswich Town centre and the marina, no problem parking in the car park. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities, bath, shower TV, tea and coffee etc. Breakfast was a buffet with a reasonable selection of hot and cold options."

"We were very pleased with our Felixstowe stay at the Orwell. The room was comfortable and clean. The evening meal had an indian influence and I tried some interesting and enjoyable dishes. An adequate breakfast paved the way for the day, after our solid sleep. So if the need calls for a return to the town then we will stay here."
