"Excellent hotel! Luxury without being "too much". It is the staff that make the hotel, especially the woman who cleaned our room and the staff by the pool. Thank you for making our Singapore trip so special! Very good breakfast. 3 min walk to MRT station. 1 min walk to Tanglin Mall with nice restaurants. Rooms a bit on the small side. We will definately stay here again next time we to Singapore!"

"The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful. It was a short walk to transport, shops and restaurants so ideally suited to get around. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they even decorated our room and gave us cake. Overall a very nice hotel."

"You are in good hands with the staff at Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore. They are excellent starting with Ilhan. ( forgive me if I misspelled the name.) The room was well appointed; comfortable bed, good lighting and generous bathroom and storage in general. "

"Staffs are nice and they can speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Location is good and it’s convenient for tourist to take public transportation. Just found a little bit dirty in the quilt. Overall it is a good choice for choosing this hotel."

"There are located opposite bus stop and close to the MRT Orchard station. Club lounge were very comfortable and they served different menu of noodle every morning. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I’m highly recommended this hotel."

" 2 nights in the junior suite for a family wedding. Service is excellent. Hotel is heritage so some parts look dated, lift is small. The junior suite is refurbished so it’s nice with wood panel floors instead of carpet. Overall I enjoyed the stay and the size of the rooms, bathroom, etc nice deep tub to soak. "

"Hotel was near two metro stations and within walking distance to Chinatown. We loved the cool neighbourhood which had the best bakery in Singapore Tiong Bahru Bakery. We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was great. The staff also very kindly let us check out an hour and a half later as we had a very late flight. If we come back to Singapore we will definitely stay here. "

"Great hotel for a few days in Singapore. Next to the metro stop ( you cannot hear it in the hotel) so really easy to get to and from the airport and to visit the main tourist spots. Short walk to Canning Fort, Raffles etc. Small 7/11 just outside the hotel. Helpful staff, nice comfortable room, great location."
