We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!
Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more. Bathroom was spacious, fresh towels every day however the sheets were only changed about once if they were changed. Desayuno muy completo, personal muy agradable y atento, tanto personal de lumpieza y habitaciones como del comedor, las habitaciones estan en un estado aceptable de conservaciòn. No le doy mas puntuaciòn porque el lavabo desagüaba con dificultad pisiblemente por atasco, y la cisterna del wc perdia agua y debia apretarse varias veces el pulsador, aun asi tiene una pequeña perdida constante.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, they were always very nice and helpful. Every single person that worked at the hotel would speak to you and say good morning every day. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was very quick to clear the table and clean the table for you and was always there waiting to help you if you needed it. The hotel has three different pools, and it is a very nice vibe at all of the pools. I mean the hotel was very clean and it seemed to have a lot of new equipment....
location was perfect, not on main street which is very noisy, just one block inside which made it perfect being away from the noise at night. very vivid area will a lot of restaurants, shops, clubs. the beach was amaizing lots of sand and space, the water was just perfect.
the hotel was really great, upon arrival a glass of Cava was offered to us, the hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. the service and the food was great too, lots of variety in every meal.

Fantastic pool bar area. Excellent value. Best scrambled eggs I have ever tasted. Friendly and helpfull staff. Buffet dinner was very good. Would go back in a heart beat.
