"Clean and well-equipped rooms, although very impersonal due to the vast size of the hotel. Parking was a bit of a nightmare but managed to find a space eventually. Breakfast was nice and the staff were pleasant. "

Staff were extrenely friendly and helpful, particularly Ellie, Isabelle, Zak and Maddie in the restaurant. Room was very comfortable."

"Room is very cute and situated very well. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and the colleges of Oxford. My only con would be no real concierge to take the luggage to the rooms and no elevator. I loved our stay here and would stay again."

"Very central in Oxford. Area not great. Hotel apartments are clean and tidy but very small, well appointed. Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant on street below hotel does great breakfast and 10% discount if staying in hotel. Easy access to hotel, but reception on 1st floor. Ok for 1 or 2 nights."

"Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff. "
