Housekeeping are VERY friendly and hotel staff overall are very helpful. Minus: no free drinking water in the room, thin walls, no phone in the room, the hotel app never works for tourists, no one answers on Whatsapp, and housekeeping is CONSTANTLY dragging furniture.
