"Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead.
Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach.

"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "

"It was my second visit. This B&B has amazing decorations of antiques. It has beautiful garden, the owner welcome us with English tea and cake. Its a perfect experience of old British. "

"Very friendly proprietor greeted us. He had sent a welcome email saying early check-in was available and we took advantage of this arriving just after 12.
They offer to keep your luggage on the day you leave so you can explore the area without the hassle of bags.
The hotel although a bit dated is very clean and very comfortable. We had a room at the top of the house with amazing seaviews.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom although small was again very clean and had a lovely powerful...

Toilet seat loose ,broken !
Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work)
TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great .
We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London .
Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking !
Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to...

"Loved this little b&b. Area is walkable, lots of shops, restaurants and things to do. Close to the water and about a 20 min walk from the train station. Floor is definitely slanted but other than that this place is wonderful. It’s fairly quiet, has a window, a fridge and a small but not too small shower. The cable didn’t work but the staff tried to fix it for us. Check in was friendly and accommodating. "

The location is perfect, close to everything you might need. The pub downstairs serves great food too. Even though it's above a pub, there was no noise at all, and I slept very well. It had everything we needed, and we felt really welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our dog was treated like a guest too, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back."
