Hotels in Santo Tomas

Breakfast was fantastic. It was fresh. It was very clean.

My husband and I love booking ‘this hotel. Great breakfast, AC unit, secure and free parking and excellent staff.

It was really good

Todo marcha bien, buen servicio sobre todo del Capitán del Restaurante llamado Arturo

Requested for the same room (406) I stayed the last time so I knew what to expect. I like that this hotel is away from the touristy area. I got to experience people living in the area going about their daily routine. I always looked forward getting back to a quiet and air conditioned room after a long day of sightseeing and braving the metro rush hour crowd.

Habitación muy limpia y personal muy amable.

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...

Ice , clean, safe area , but the expidió appp charge mor no need the app a room cost me 106 with Expedia the doble same room, make reservation with the hotel better , bud service from expudia

Nice and modern hotel about 10 min drive from the airport. Pleasantly surprising for the price. Not sure about neighborhood, but it met our goal to be near airport for early morning flight. They have free shuttle to the airport 24/7, that leaves every 30 min. Check/in and check/out was easy. My only suggestion is to add a coffee service in the lobby for those who wait for the shuttle early morning. I would take that over the mini bottle of wine we received as a welcome gift. Also, shower has...

I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel is fantastic! The beds are super comfy and include four pillows each. Our room also had two king beds, which is unusual and very nice for families. The shower was amazing - hot water with lots of pressure. It was better than our shower at home! The rate was super cheap by US standards and included an amazing breakfast buffet...not just the typical "continental breakfast", but tons of options from traditional Mexican food to waffles, bacon,...

Lo único que no me gusto fue las cariñosas que están allá afuera

Very good place to stay and clean and staff was very helpful

There’s not enough words to describe how incredible the staff at the hotel made us feel. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. We mentioned it during our check in and what happened next, left us speechless (and a little teary-eyed). They took it upon themselves to give us a couple of back-to-back surprises, not to mention that the overall treatment they afforded us was way above average — it was amazingly warm and...

Good option close to the airport.

It is very safe to stay in this hotel, and super closed to the airport.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Breakfast a bit expensive but food was good. I ordered from menu which felt was better than buffet which my cousin ate from. Service was good.
