"Stayed for 9 nights last week in July. I stayed with my partner in a fabulous very large seafront room .The views were amazing and there was a lovely comfortable settee on the balcony for us to sit on .The room was kept spotlessly clean by an array of cheerful cleaners.The hotel receptionists and waiters were always very cheerful and happy to help.The pool is very large and beautiful with comfy sun loungers and a convenient snack bar beside the pool, which was very reasonably priced.The hotel also supplied beach towels free of charge with a nice wicker holdall to take all your belongings down to the pool.They also supplied fluffy white robes and slippers for guests to wear.Our flight was not until nighttime ,but checkout was 11am.The hotel supply a room free of charge with a settee.bathroom and large TV free of charge .The hotel has an absolutely beautiful reading room, which must be visited.The hotel is also centrally located to visit the beautiful sights of Valdemossa,Deia,Soller etc and has a large car park.A must visit hotel."

"We traveled here in July and we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good, the staff were super helpful and the hotel had everything we needed. The only small downside was our AC wasn’t great. The room would get a bit hot throughout the day but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter much. Again, great stay."

"Great 4 star hotel. Clean, modern and good staff. Ample parking around the area and in a good location. Also special shout out to the cleaners who were amazing. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choice upto 11am. Improvements I would suggest would be: - dinners are buffet only. Missed a trick here as most guests go across the road to Innside hotel for dinner due to a lack of dining options in the hotel - no warnings to guests or notices about “reserving” sun beds so you will regularly see sun beds occupied by a towel without anyone on it for hours at a time - gym equipment needs an urgent service - characters like Max in the evening is what they miss during the day. Experience, empathy and excellent customer service which is lacking with younger staff"
