Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was served hot and lots of options. I will surely come here again. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff was great and the shuttle service excellent! You do need to schedule it in advance but we had to make several changes on pick up times and they were able to accommodate us for all of them. The one thing I did not like is that the pool and fitness room is located across the street at one of their other properties.

This is such a great hotel and such a convenient location. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean and parking was convenient. Such a great value for the price!

Parking should be included with the stay..and cashless at the bar and cafe is not cool. Especially when they have a cash tip box on the counter. So many dinning options in walking distance was nice!

I love coming to stay at this hotel! The service is phenomenal, the room is large and comfortable, and the location is terrific. I left to early for the breakfast, but it’s been great in the past. This is a comfortable, cozy hotel. I only wish Frank’s coffee shop was still open! I would have to come a lot more often!

initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both.

We stayed for a week during our spring break. First time visiting LA. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was great and they never ran out of food. The ladies that worked breakfast kept everything stocked until right at 10 am when breakfast was over. The pool is quite small and we didn't use it, although we did sit by the pool most mornings before our outings for some fresh air. Tons of walkable restaurants around the hotel. Very clean and beautiful hotel

Great location if you're visiting your kid at UCLA. I could walk to and from campus through some beautiful neighborhoods. Although, be warned... nobody walks in LA. You'll stand out! :-)
