"Arriving at the R I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the pleasant staff.I had actually come here for lunch-before and it was delicious,!They didn’t disappoint,breakfast was superb.My kitchenette was clean and had all the necessities.If you need to cook carry a small pot or frying pan.But believe me you are not going to need it.Good food ,good vibes!Near everything."

I had an excellent experience at The S Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were professional, warm, and efficient.
The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable.
I truly had a great time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston. I will definitely be back!

"We arrived early and even though the room was not ready checking in was very courteous, friendly an professional. Our front desk person even traveled out to where we were relaxing near the pool bar lounge to let us know the room was ready and provided us with the room keys. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area and the view of the Kingston downtown. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and more than we had expected with courteous staff. Overall a great stay and we plan on staying at the Pegasus on future trips."
"The room was beautiful. I love the ceiling. I was in the carnation room. The cleaning staff went above and beyond, so quick and efficient and sooo polite and friendly. I would stay there just so I can see her again. The gentleman at the front door was so helpful getting us a taxi and directions to a good spot for food and also helped with our luggage. Mind you he didn’t have too and he still did. As well as greeting you with a warm welcome every time we saw him. The breakfast was really good at the hotel. I was sad I didn’t get to go more than twice, because it was better than the restaurants we tried around town. It was peaceful and the price was good too. Plus it’s close to everything for example Bob Marley museum, Devon House and Brooklyn Supermarket. if you like to walk like me and my husband. We’ll definitely be going back"
