Hotels in Balloon Fiesta Park - North I-25

Busy weekend between graduations and travel baseball but hotel staff handled everything efficiently and quickly. Always our Fav Hotel chain. Safe area, comfy beds, quiet rooms.

There was not enough light in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was great One BIG problem was the access to the hotel from the street. There is no street sign . You are going through a restaurant parking lot.

I love the peaceful flutes while walking in; so serene compared to the rushed, cramped car ride. Definitely serene! Our room was perfect for us…quiet wall decor and cool sheets. The unique right angle pool is relaxing and the hot tub bubbles well with calming rhythms. Two precious families visited while we swam and there was plenty of room for avoiding splashes. Since marijuana is legal in Colorado there was, unfortunately, an overwhelming smell of weed in my first room. I had to ask to be moved because as the front desk explained to me, the area and floor I was on was above the smoking floor and my room was sharing the venting with those rooms. They were able to move me to the second floor. It is a pet friendly hotel but there was no area to walk your pet. They also informed me that my dog was not allowed in the lobby (not so pet friendly to me). They...

Alejandra the desk receptionists was wonderful made us feel welcomed and she was very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay especially the pool and clean room.

Second-time guest, and enjoyed my stay once again. Love the green chile available for breakfast, it really emphasizes one of the (delicious) aspects of the local culture! Didn't like upstairs guests tromping like they were wearing cement overshoes, but fortunately it wasn't for extended periods, or late into the night. Will stay here when I come back!

Stayed four days for the Balloon Fiesta and everything from the service to the room was excellent.
