Only negatives were the noise from the people in the apartment above, dragging chairs across the floor, & conversations were clearly audible. In addition the bathtub could use a non-slip mat. The tub became very slippery while showering. WiFi was very good! "

We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate .
