"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your property, which is advertised as a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly below even basic expectations and did not reflect the standards associated with such a rating (3 stars or less)
The overall condition of the room was extremely poor and clearly neglected. The bathroom was particularly concerning: the shower curtain was visibly moldy, creating both an unpleasant and unhygienic environment. Additionally, there were noticeable holes in the walls and evident signs of humidity damage.
The general state of the room was equally disappointing. Much of the wooden furniture and finishes were worn, cracked, and in some cases broken, giving a strong impression of long-term lack of maintenance. The level of deterioration throughout the room made the stay uncomfortable and far from what one would expect from a hotel of this category.
It is quite surprising and frankly unacceptable that a property in such condition continues to be marketed as a 4-star hotel, it should be ranked as 3 stars. I suggest to book may other hotel before thinking about this one."
"We enjoyed our two nights at Scenic Suites in Queenstown. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was large, immaculate, updated and had a lovely view of the mountains. It was walking distance from everything downtown, the lakeside and the beautiful Queenstown Gardens. We were happy to use the hotel’s gym and were thrilled that a washer and dryer were available in our building. Our only disappointment was that the breakfast buffet was not outstanding and was overpriced. We would happily stay here again, but walk to one the many nearby cafes for breakfast."

"Tiene unas vistas impresionantes al lago.
Las habitaciones son amplias aunque creo que necesitan una actualización, sobre todo la moqueta. Está en una carretera con muchísimo tráfico nos costó mucho incorporarnos al carril opuesto al del hotel pero como est á cerca del centro íbamos caminando.
Anecdota: un día dejamos encima del mostrador de la cocina una bolsa de con pan de sanwich, embutido, frutos secos, infusiones, café y otras cosas de picoteo que nos habia sobrado del dia anterior y no la encontramos, creemos que la persona que arreglo la habitación pudo entender que era basura "
