"My stay at the OZO Hotel in North Pattaya is always FANTASTIC! A great location in Pattaya and a very nice clean hotel. The gym and swimming pool facilities are very good as well. Having Terminal 21 Shopping Center a very short walk away is a big convenience with all its retail stores, restaurants, dessert options and grocery store. This was my 5th stay in the past 14 months at this hotel because of all the OZO Hotel offers guests. The entire staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. The...
"What a lovely and friendly staff. Me and my hubby really enjoyed stay at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. The room was spacious and very comfortable bed and pillow. Delicious 😋 breakfast choice and nice swimming pool."
"My second stay at Grande Centre Pointe and the hotel never disappoints. The panoramic suite was great with excellent views of pattaya beach and skyline. Staff are friendly and attentive. Great location attached to the Terminal 21 Mall. A must stay and highly recommended property."
"Have stayed here many times. Always choose a sea view room in bay tower because of great views over entire Pattaya Bay Area. Love the breakfast and the pool area in executive tower. Staff always friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for !"
"I absolutely love this hotel. Rooms are clean and beautiful. The swimming pool is very nice with a fantastic view. Staff is super nice and helpful. The location is great too! super close to the mall and beach!"
"I have stayed at this resort many times now, and the experience has always been fantastic. The staff are exceptionally friendly and acommodating, especially Kirin. The pool is amazing, and the convenient location can't be beat! I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Pattaya. "
"I go to Pattaya every month and stay in Akara every time. It locates 5 minute walking distance from Terminal 21 shopping center; a new local shopping center right downstairs with many restaurants and Top grocery store. The hotel has rooftop pool/bar with stunning 270 degree ocean view. Spacious guest rooms many with ocean view. Highly recommend!"
"I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is 100 meters from the beach, has a good swimming pool, and a gym. They also have amazing wood-fired pizza at the front. 10/10, I would come back and stay again. Also, the staff are friendly. :)"
"We traveled with our two teenage boys and stayed two nights in a suite at the Hotel Vista Pattaya. It was an excellent stay with a really nice pool (including swim up bar). Very close to the beach and night market. Lots of fun. The staff were really helpful with bags and helping us get taxis when needed. Would return again!"
"I am very satisfied with my recent stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again the next time I visit Pattaya.
Everything was excellent, but I would especially like to highlight:
The staff: Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
The cleanliness: The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day.
The pool area: A wonderful and relaxing place to spend time.
The fitness center: Well-equipped and great for a good workout.
The location: Perfect and very convenient for...

Everything about Holiday Inn Pattaya is just terrific! Room was fantastic, view was amazing, food was excellent, and the entire staff was awesome! Easy ride to night life for (roughly) 25 cents, about inexpensive as you can get!
Under construction but knew this going in... staff is excellent and go out of their way to make your stay enoyable... This is what will bring me back there :)
It was a great stay but in the end i forgot my sandals and some staff that i want to bring back home. The part that they check my room before i leave the hotel and they did not mention anything about the things that i forgot in the room but other than that i was a great stay at this hotel. I will use this facility next time.
This place is amazing, definitely the best hotel in Pattaya. Close to the walking street and Fairtex arena, festival center mall and with the view of the beach. Staff are above awesome and make sure you have a comfortable stay. Breakfast is delicious and the pool areas are instagram worthy. I’ll definitely come back next time <3
Hotel was extremely clean and decor was visably appealing and intereating. All of the staff from the bell service, to the front desk, and food and bar staff were incredibly nice and eager to help. I don't think I met one person who didn't great me with a smile and make me feel like my questions were the most important thing to them at the moment. The location is perfect distance away from the city center and close to the beach, but walking distance to many great eateries and shopping areas. I...
This hotel is top of the line. Door service and front desk was second to none. I got a free upgrade to an ocean view Jr. Suite which has never happened in my many travels. The room was crazy nice and top notch cleaning. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand and this by far was the best. I highly recommend!! 10 stars!!
It was a great stay at Adelphi. 10 days/9 nights. Clean, neat, orderly and friendly. Only complaint is my mattress was past it's prime and should be replaced.
