"Very friendly staff, the fellas at reception all spoke English and made it very easy from check in to check out. They have a free shuttle to and from the old city, I only used it to get to the old city though. Quiet area and very spacious hotel. Breakfast is also very tasty. "

"Recomendable, en pleno centro de la ciudad histórica de Khiva. Con bonitas vistas desde la terraza, aunque no sea un lugar tan idílico como muestran las fotos del hotel.
El desayuno fue estupendo la primera ve, tipo buffet, pero nos decepcionó en la segunda ocasión, ya que no fue buffet (como indican en la reserva) y nos sacaron sobras que no tenían nada que ver con lo de la mañana anterior. Nos sentimos estafados y bastante molestos.
El personal de recepción es muy amable y atento, se esfuerzan...

"This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves.
The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service.
The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay.

"We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! "

Café da manhã (tradicional uzbeque) excelente e farto. Quarto silencioso e com ar-condicionado também silencioso."
