I totally screwed up and failed to notify the hotel that I was arriving after 8, but they did an awesome job of making sure I was all set. The location is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent value.
Positive: The apartment is very cozy and super useful if you are staying for a few days - great kitchen and lots of space. They were also recently renovated and were very clean.
It is very close to Grandvalira / Port d'Envalira. We did not have any problems with parking.
The views are amazing.
Negative: It is a little far from markets / larger cities, so you probably should prepare in advance if you want to make food in the apartment. Our bed was also not that confortable.
We visited La Seu to attend the World Cup Canoe/Kayak Competition. Hotel a short walk to the venue. Friendly and hardworking staff. Excellent breakfast. Elevator to lobby, but then need to walk up stairs to get to rooms. Room was small. Bath tub/ shower had slippery surface. Garage 1.5 blocks away. I injured myself at Olympic Park and the staff could not have been more helpful. Many small restaurants within 500 meters of hotel, with two excellent gelato kiosks just across the street. Just...

The staff was extremely friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The premises have been recently renovated, and the old quarters for railroad employees offer now a very welcoming stay to the travelers. The showers are outstanding for a hotel this category.
Even though they are not a restaurant per se, since all restaurants in town are closed for dinner, they came up with great dishes for the residents.
All staff had at least some English and were very helpful. The small rooms are efficiently laid out with desk space and plugs, and a balcony overlooking the town. Modern bath/shower and King size bed. Great location in town, with public transit, shops and dining nearby. Excellent breakfast, and beverages available all day. Great value.
Such a nice hotel with wonderful staff. Across the street from Caldea Spa ( highly recommend) and 2 min walk to the pedestrian zone and 20 min walk to old town. Parking is available underground for a fee. Would love to return!
Amazing Hotel! Views are just spectacular! I stayed on top floor overseeing mountains and rapid brook - beautiful. On the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had in my life with unlimited wine and champagne. Exquisite and inexpensive restaurant downstairs. Located 5 minutes walk from the center and bus stop. Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful.
One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.
At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party.
