"Best hotel ever in Medellin. Great location just in front on Provenza and Lleras Park. Got a Spa, Sishi Restaurant and Arabian Original Food also. Best important a Money Exchange above inside the hotel near the lobby. Highly Recommended for family too."
"Very lovely staff, with the exception of room service staff. Not sure the name of this lady, however she was very condescending and rude. Essentially angry that she could not do the cleaning since we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Frankly, with a bit of kindness one can go a long way especially with how you speak to your guests. If there was ever an issue, it could have been communicated in a more appropriate matter. Besides that, the other staff were very kind, helpful and professional. "
