The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. Our room overlooked the Lake...Room was wonderful with a great bathroom and extremely clean.Breakfast was plentiful with so many choices.Location was perfect as the Promenade was right across the street from the Hotel.Centrally located as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
