"A wonderful hotel overlooking the beach. Lovely room with a side view of the sea. In a fabulous location. Staff were friendly and our room was spacious and immaculate. In walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. It is nice having a cafe attached to the hotel with outside seating where you can purchase drinks and snacks throughout the day. Taxi rank right outside to take you easily to the ferry side of Santander as it was a bit of a walk. Couldn’t fault the hotel and would stay...

"A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby. "

"Perfect location for travellers wanting beach access in minutes. Sight seeing bus stop around the corner. Supermarket very close. Housekeeper was excellent. Advise travellers to check the room type and amenity. We paid for a kitchen: freezer door missing, no tea cups, no kettle, no toaster!!!! Maintenance poor: blown light globe, broken trundle bed cover, shower drain cap missing. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice property. Check in was a disaster. Property was to email access codes 48-72 hours prior....

"Room is modern, well equipped (safe, fridge, kettle, usb sockets) and smart. It is quite small - but adequate. Hotel is situated on sea front with excellent views from sea-facing rooms. We usually find on- street car parking close by. Good range of bars and restaurants close by. Bus to city centre stops close by "
