"This hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport, and the staff, especially Amman, was very helpful! They got us a late meal, and got my India phone recharged for me when I had no idea how to get it working again, and arranged a timely taxi for the airport in the morning. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. "

"It was not a great. We booked a premium suite with dinner and transport. We ended up in a smelly room with a broken TV and broken toilet.
We were overcharged on the dinner and were promised a refund which to date we have not received.
The check out took about 40 mins because the front desk guy kept taking phone calls from other customers instead of finishing the check out.
The hotel did not know we had an included booking and it took many phone calls and discussions to explain.
