"The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 a.m., but the check-in process was handled very smoothly. The staff member kindly helped us order food online, and when it was delivered, he personally brought it to our room even at such a late hour.
The room was also very good. The beds were neat and clean, and overall the stay was comfortable.
We truly appreciate the staff’s helpful attitude and dedication. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

I recently stayed at Opal with my teenage kids and had a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel.
What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Usama from maintenance, who kindly helped us tune the TV and brought us water. His humility and eagerness to assist were truly appreciated.
