The only problem we had was poor communication, no directions & found no signage. Some lovely locals helped us immensely as it was late at night when we arrived.. Thank goodness!

"The property was beautiful and clean. Would go there again. However, now that we know where it is located its not a problem. We couldn't find the place and drove for some time to find it. Had to ask the locals. The owner of the land doesn't want a sign there??? Instead it is signposted wirh amother name. Go figure..."

"A lovely quiet resort on the lagoon. Pool is away from the beach which makes it perfect when the wind is up in the lagoon. Small pool, quiet resort. Good for small families with older, quiet kids and/or couples. No restaurant but options nearby. Bar is open weather permitting. Staff friendly and very helpful. Our flight was cancelled and they gave us a late check out and helped us to find alternate accomodation as the Island was almost full."

But the rooms are very close to the bar and the music is TOO LOUDand NOISY, they have all day happy hour, and the party finishes around 11.30 pm everyday,so if you want to take a rest, this hotel is the worse place ever. As there are outside people come to the bar<because the alcohol is cheap>, I don't think it's save and nice for the guests.... Trasfer to and from the airport is complementary,...

"I booked for Tia Kautai Studio but got told at check-in the unit we booked had a tenant occupyinh for another week. It wasn't available for us and even staff don't understand how that happened. We just needed a place to crash for the day before departure flight. Still happy they managed to find us a subsitute @ Kikii Inn suites which is reasonably clean and fits our family needs. We had a restful time before the night flights. Thanks"

Great views and aircon if needed although great cross breeze through windows.
Deck was great with some nice furniture but the slatted wooden handrail really cut down your view which was a shame. Villa 2 has this glass rail. Request it. Driveway access a little tricky. Overall a very nice time."
