"The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. "The food, service and customer service at this Courtyard was amazing. From check-in, to freshly made chai offered as soon as I walked into after a long day at the office, to the breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed juices, English and Indian breakfast options, to helpful hints on traffic and traveling to the airport. It was also fun to be at a Courtyard in India because it was a 5-Star experience. The rooms were beautiful. I was so spoiled. Can't wait to go back this summer. "

"This is a new property within a big beer garden called Backstreet. It is neither business hotel, it is safe nonetheless and some families also may like staying here. It is a good hotel for those who like to retire into a room within a beer garden, so to say."
