They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation."

"Hotel and rooms are beautiful. Staff are helpful… Only issue was xmas eve dinner buffet event not suitable for kids but they offered a pizza to make up for it! Great activities for kids walking distance and 1 min drive away! great for staycations and pit stops on the way out or in to town. "

The staff who helped me was as sweet as they come but we couldn’t communicate. No lock on the bedroom door, and you are locked in the property. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. "
