Amenities is lack of spoon, why provided tea/coffee without spoon or something you can make a cup of tea nicely?

"Great place to stay. Just 2 things were not convenient for me. Check in was slow and kept asking same questions over and over. Another was elevator. Don't know what happened but the key didn't work and had to change several times. But the elevator kept stopped and got turned off. Except these, everything was perfect. I believe it was temporary issue."

"The owner and his family were excellent hosts and were very accommodating. During our stay they were very friendly and we were able to get our laundry done at the hotel as well! We would definitely come back next time! "
