"Having a great time to stay in this garden surrounding B&B. Unique garden design for your relaxation, including pool, library and gazebos. Putu (the manager) is a great person to help you in all aspects, two thumbs up. Location wise, very convenience. Beach right across the street for you to pick any water sports. You could walk on the curb (hardly find on the Bali) to the convenient stores, foods or massage (only cost us IDR 200,000 for 2.5 hours massage). For sure we will come back again."

"The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday. "This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay. "

"Great place to stay for vacation. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are suites with plenty of space. Beach club is easily accessible. The only mild concern is that it is a little out of the way for main areas as well as hotel pickups for excursions and tours. It is located at the northern end of Benoa/Dusa Nua, so to get out means going south in the the main area of the island. Close ot airport. "

"What a great spot in Benoa. Fantastic view across the ocean to Nusa Penida. The bath was great out on the verandah, under cover so we could watch the storm and sit in the bath, was awesome. Very quiet and the pool was great. Highly recommended "

"The most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Black mold all over the walls, open air so LOTS of bugs inside my room, my sheets were disgusting filled with dirt and stains. Looked like nothing in my bed had been washed for a long time, stains on the pillowcase. The bathroom was horrible, literally falling apart. I left immediately I couldn’t even sit on the bed it was so gross. And the location is quite sketchy and the pool is not as pictured at all. "
