"Rubbish, avoid. Dirty, mouldy, health concern"

"Extremely shady place. It actually occupies only one floor of the building that is present on all pictures. The owner seems happy to inform that they "do not accept foreigners" despite a confirmed reservation. I was left alone at night on the street in Mumbai because of this (and the nonchalance of Expedia). Pretty scandalous that this kind of behaviour is tolerated"

Despite extra money being deducted from my account while booking the hotel;when I arrived at the Hotel at 4.00am, I was forced to pay 2000 Indian Repees so to get a place to rest after traveling for many hours. I was never given slippers for going to the bathroom until the following day. The room was never cleaned for all the days I stayed there. There was dust on the furniture, and the room had cockroaches. "

"The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...
