Amazing Hotel, loved it. Amazing room , great view, wonderful staff. I definitely recommend this Hotel. Great location downtown.

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

Easy to find, easy to park, lots of resturants nearby and the manager was top tier, 10/10. Room was clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again in the future!

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

Two nights in the standard one bedroom room. Appreciated having the kitchen although it was very minimally stocked. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and good water pressure. Quiet. Would stay here again.

Our stay at SkyCity Hotel was phenomenal! We arrived hours before our check-in, but luckily there was a room that was readily available that they were able to give us. We were able to leave our luggage with the concierge while we went to a breakfast spot across the street that they had recommended. Great location for shopping and food options. We didn’t rent a car, but a lot of places were within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay for a quick recovery from a long travel day. Clean with air conditioning they was sorely needed in a warm humid night.

Very happy with our stay here. Great location on the Viaduct Harbour. Very luxurious facilities, on the level of Grand Hyatt or JW Mariott. They have nice spa facilities and gym that are accessible to all guests. Their spa services were wonderful as well.

We were staying at the hotel during a stressful time during Covid-19 while awaiting for our return flight to the US. The front desk staff, especially Matta and Savio, could not have been more comforting, patient and kind. They were kind to not only my husband and myself, but to every single person who entered the lobby and stopped at the front desk. Oh, yes, of course the hotel is excellent. Location is prime--restaurants, shopping and close to interesting places. Very happy with our stay at this hotel especially that the harbor is nearby.The staff are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives who loves to travel. I'm pretty sure we will be staying in this hotel next time we travel to Auckland.
