"Firstly, the location is excellent. Very easy to navigate from the train station. Upon entrance into the property, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and professional staff. Whilst admiring the decor and furnishings you are even offered a beverage when signed in - a wonderful touch. Once in your room, you will enjoy a well cleaned, beautifully lit, main bedroom, bathroom & shower. Overall, a joyous experience, with quaint nearby dining options. The hotel food, also lovely. "Very clean and tidy, interesting decor in the room and in the hotel. Lots of towels, toiletries and the like in the bathroom - breakfast was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside, not enough cups for the number of people booked in the room, not enough tea bags or milk for more than one cup of tea. But that is being picky! Really pleasant staff. "

"This is an excellent property located right on market street in Manchester (barely even a minute's walk). It is built on a Treehouse theme which makes it very refreshing and beautiful. The rooms are a bit small but designed very well. The staff is sweet and always ready to help. Highly recommended stay in Manchester!"

"Amazing place! So convenient in the city centre. The room was perfect, the only thing is that shower was good but the fact it’s kind of open makes a bit messy at some point having a shower.
However everything was perfect, the laundry room one of the best! Because is an apartment you feel so independent. The views from floor 18 and 9th were great! "

"The place is very good located at the heart of the city. Just 10 minute walk to Oxford-Road train station and 15 minute walk or less to Picadilly Station. There are lots of restaurants and take aways close to the place. City Center is just 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is pretty good and personnel very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is average, I think it should be imporved. Overall stay was grat ! Thanks !"

"I stayed here to catch an early Easyjet flight with my 3-year old. It was a 10 minute walk undercover to terminal 2 the next morning. Trollies are available to hire from outside the hotel. Easyjet allows bag drop the night before between 6-9pm for flights that depart before 8am. I would stay here again."

"The room was very small, the mattress was too soft (you could sink in it) and the pillows were not comfortable. The worst was the isolation: they gave us rooms on the 1st floor with window not isolated facing Portland St. which is a big avenue. I couldn’t close the eyes the night because of the noise of the cars and buses. The window doesn’t isolate the noise and the room neither as I could hear all the activity in the corridor. I will think twice on going again there for the price we paid"
