This is appalling!! Nothing about this was mentioned when I booked. Gym was included! The upside was that we paid Au$380 for Friday and Saturday night. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included... Breakfast was fab.. large range of juices, good hot food, fresh fruit salad..."

Would have given five stars if there had not have been an issue where I was charged £56 parking for my one night stay, I questioned my bill to be told it’s a parking charge. I then asked how long do I get to stay, another lady said the charge was £17 and I was getting a refund. I was refunded the money with no apology just a mumbling about commission!"
