"It's a great hotel very conveniently located in the Gatwick airport. It's very clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The only negative thing is that the room we were given was so far away from the reception, we had a lot of suitcases so it was a bit tough to get there, it was quicker to get to the airport than the room. We are young so it wasn't too much of a problem for us. Overall a good stay and would stay there again."

"This is an amazing hotel close to the airport, we stayed one night but for sure its worth it to have more time. The decoration is beautiful, the room was super comfortable and the service outstanding. "Stayed for Brighton Pride. Hotel Staff was great! Check in super fast and easy. The breakfast was good too! Only problem was that only one elevator was working. It was super busy at breakfast time and because everybody was checking out Monday because Pride was over. But everything else was great! Super Close to the train station and Park for the festival. "

"The property is very nice , with beautiful gardens. But the bathrooms stinks, the person in charge is very hostile, bitter and not kind at all.
Also in a hotel near the airport it is quite impractical that they do not offer breakfast, not even a simple one and one has to walk almost 20 minutes to get a coffee.
Hard to believe that in such a property they cannot offer at least fruit, a toast and coffee. "

"Was a little concerned when we couldn't contact anybody regarding Check In (They had a big wedding going on on the Saturday when I tried to call) - Call returned Sunday Am at about the same time that we went to make sure alll was OK which it was and we even checked in early - result!
Returned later - enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. Only comment would be that room could do with 2 comfortable chairs - especially as it is the "Premium Room" - the hard ones not so good forsitting for any length of...

"The only one gym machine is Out of service. They had a sign which says that they are going to fix it as soon as possible but it is not true... I stayed there for a month and same sign was there and nothing fixed. Also, be carefull if you are booking a saturday night because thay had parties until 1:30 am and if you have to wake up early in the morning it is impossible to sleep. They offer you to change your room but in 5th floor you can still hear the noise. It is not a serious hotel at all."

I went in summer and it was very hot in the room, that was a problem because they don't have a fan or air conditioning. In general, very good and I recommend it without problem."
