Immigration in Bali is as one would expect and I arrived late and exhausted but the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming and truly thoughtful.
The facilities are also impressive. The resort offers ample amenities that make it easy to relax and unwind. Not only do they have a beautiful pool area with a swim up bar, my room even had a private soaking pool. The grounds were well-maintained and the room was comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere right in the heart of Seminyak.
Even though my stay was brief, I felt incredibly well looked after. Every request was handled promptly and graciously, and the staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable.
